General terms and conditions :

1.1 Booking: Reservations for a room in our hotel can be made online, by telephone or in person at reception. To guarantee your reservation, we require a mandatory deposit of 30%, payable at the time of booking.

1.2 Reservations up to 48 hours in advance: Reservations must be made up to 48 hours in advance.

1.3 Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary according to the type of room reserved and the reservation period. In the event of cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Please consult specific details at the time of booking.

1.4 Rates : Room rates are €170 per night, breakfast included. Bungalows cost €250 per night, breakfast included. The price of a day pass is 80€.

1.5 Day Pass: We offer a "Day Pass" for €80, allowing you to spend a whole day at the hotel. This package includes a starter, a main course, a dessert and a bottle of water. Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 5pm. No meal orders can be taken after 1:30 pm.

1.6 Payment : The remaining balance is payable on arrival. We accept all major credit cards and other methods of payment.

1.7 Children and extra beds: Extra charges may apply for extra beds. Parents are entirely responsible for the supervision of their children. The hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents occurring to children during their stay.

1.8 Check-in/check-out times: Check-in and check-out times are 14:00 and 12:00 respectively.

1.9 Late charges: Any delay beyond the specified check-out time may result in additional charges.

1.10 Pets: Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

1.11 Personal data management: The only data we collect is the customer's first and last name, e-mail address and booking date. All other data is managed by third-party intermediaries, including Smoobu for reservations and Stripe for payments.

1.12 Material damage: In the event of damage to equipment, furniture or infrastructure during your stay, additional charges may apply. We remind you to treat our space with the same care and respect as you treat your own. Any significant damage will be assessed and the cost of repair or replacement charged accordingly. We understand that accidents can happen, and we encourage you to inform us immediately of any incident so that we can take the necessary action.

1.15 Personal responsibility and precautions : At Habitation Anse Couleuvre we inform you that Habitation Anse Couleuvre declines all responsibility in the event of injury or breakage occurring during activities on the site or in the surrounding nature. Participation in any activity implies full acceptance of the risks inherent in these activities. Habitation Anse Couleuvre is located in a natural environment with sometimes "hostile" characteristics, including rugged terrain and the presence of wild animals. We encourage all visitors to exercise particular vigilance when on the site and to take appropriate precautions. All travellers are responsible for their own safety and for complying with the safety instructions provided by the establishment. Habitation Anse Couleuvre can provide first aid if necessary, but it is important to note that the site is difficult to access by emergency services. By participating in activities or staying at the Habitation Anse Couleuvre site, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with this natural environment. We encourage you to take all necessary precautions to ensure your own safety and that of your travelling companions.
